"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

He offered a next day appointment that I was not prepared for. The appointment was scheduled at my request. Although I was humiliated with this problem, the technician never made me feel uncomfortable, in fact he put me at ease. The actual process of pest control/extermination was not disruptive to our daily routines. It was not intrusive or noticeable to our guests. This problem happened immediately before Thanksgiving, and, I am happy to say that the only guests we had for dinner were the invited ones. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely be a return customer. I have two dogs and a big yard that the deer love to run through, so fleas and ticks have been a problem. "Adam Blake answered my call within a few hours of my call. He came the next day to see the problem we were experiencing with a Ground hog who had taken up residence in an overhang area near our patio. That was last week. After examining the backyard area we discussed fencing the area where the ground hog had dug a hole. One week later he was here installing the fencing and sanitizing etc the area where the animal was located. Along with taking care of this issue he discovered a vented area on the back wall of the patio area where it appeared that at one time an animal had probably entered there and also took care of covering the vent to prevent another intruder from entering our home.
