"My Search began on Home advisor after going through about 6 contractors who either had unprofessional business interactions to the unprepared contractor who show up with no pictures to no recent references for there work both in progress or completed. My lucky number 7 would bring me to IS Enterprise who I meet at the my property that needed a complete upgrade Kitchen, Bathroom was the focus but the gentlemen Mr. Mingues would do something special invite us to an IS Enterprise that was a project in progress we were very taken by the attention to excellent carpentry great detail not to minch the wonderful interaction we were experiencing speaking with Mr. Mingues due to his knowledge and pride he took in the work his team completed. We than moved very quickly to make a decision to choose IS Enterprises to be our company on this big project. We meet at least twice before moving forward to the final contract this were the dance began. Once the finally contract was drawn up the demolition would take place very quickly I was kept in the loop the entire time both verbally as well pictures were sent since I was living in NYC at the time while my home in Wash DC was being renovated this is the trust we had in our project manager Mr. Eddie Mingues as well IS Enterprises. After the demolition Phase 1 was completed we progress very smoothly into Phase 2 which was picking out the paints, materials, appliances and floors being last this was an Awesome experience excellent communications and clarity from Mr.Eddie Mingues once this was completed we moved into Phase 3 ordering and waiting for the materials to began to arrive for install this well organized controlled very professionally in addition there were times we need to make change orders this process was also a great experience executed well. We than moved into Phase 4 the finally cut as they would say when the puzzle is about to be completed and all to come together. I must say IS Enterprises brought integrity into there work!! There attention for detail is impressive. We were exetemly excited with the performance of work they done. The Manger, who overseas the project was terrific and easy to work with!! You, ask him to change or didnâ t like something. He will respond quickly with no drama. I would recommend Is Enterprises in A heartbeat!!
