"Andrew contacted me right away and was able to come out the next day for a bid. I inherited a home with no interior paint upgrade in over 20 years of a lifelong smoker. Andrew explained verbally and then in the contract what would be needed to prep the living/dining room, 2 small bedrooms and a hallway. The job included ceilings, 5 closets and woodwork trim and doors throughout. The woodwork was previously painted a dark brown and I wanted it changed to white. The walls needed many nail holes filled and sanded. All the doors in the hallway (5) needed to have glue sanded down where decorative paneling inserts had been removed. This was a big job and they handled it in 8 work days with 2 laborers working full time. I am over the moon about the colors Andrew helped me choose and the beautiful, crisp, clean look the house has now! Very professional team with Andrew supervising daily. "Forum has been absolutely top-notch in addressing our unique concerns given we have 15year old LP siding. In particular, they adjusted their technique to hand wash (versus power-wash) the entire exterior, & manually back brushed under each lap, but only after establishing the chemical compatibility of the paint with the previously used surface treatment/priming/painting system through consultation with Sherwin-Williams tech support. They built/used weight-distribution pads to protect the tile roof, and selected multiple and expensive caulking-materials depending on application. Great result at fair price done by good folks. EASY TO RECOMMEND"

He went above and beyond on my job making sure everything was painted including the foundation and gas meter! He also did some repairs to some trim and a small section of siding in the prep work that look great. What is even more special about his company being a local family owned business is when he needed help from a crew on the big days it was his brothers that joined the project. "We contacted Attavox Construction to get a quote for a partial stucco replacement with full siding, paint and gutters. Once the project started we got the unpleasant surprise that under the old stucco and siding the sheeting and some actual framework was completely gone it was so rotten. They responded with a plan for the extensive repairs needed and a solid price. They quickly put needed structural supports in place on our patio and took it down to the studs all around. Long story short, even during our evacuation due to the wildfires, they diligently worked on getting it done. We greatly appreciated the fact that the project ended up taking weeks longer than planned, due to all the unexpected repairs needed, but they were very nice about it. We now have an absolutely beautiful, basically all new outside house, with siding, reset windows, excellent paint job and gutters. In addition, they added beautiful posts and ceiling wood grid work on our very large patio and a new partial deck. It's absolutely beautiful and we can't say enough good about them, their craftsmanship, and their team. They are pickier than we are and always clean up great."

Unlike other companies who just looked at the size of our space, Doug took notice to the cracks and other damage on our walls requiring repair before a good paint job could be done. While his bid was slightly above others, I felt he was going to take the extra work to make sure the job was done right - and he did! We were actually out of town when he was available to do the work, so he worked with us to get the job done in our absence, and agreed to settle up payment once we were home to visually inspect - this worked out really well for us! We are very pleased with the work he did, particularly converting a brown vaulted ceiling of 25' back to white."

"Thrilled with the work performed by Gene & his crew! I would hire them again in a heartbeat (and likely will). Respectful & communicative. Most importantly, to me, was their thoroughness & attention to detail. For my 900 sq. ft. 1949 home, they quoted me for 5 days of work and 2 coats of paint but ended up working for 6.5 days and applying 3 coats to all trim - no additional charge. After suggesting that I buy all new door hinges since the old ones were covered in layers of old paint (and me telling them that wasn't in my budget), they went over & above by taking it on themselves to apply paint thinner to all the hinges! This was/is my first home, and Gene said he remembered that feeling & wanted to make sure I was happy. Mission accomplished!"
