"NuLook Home Design provided exemplary service. Working with them was one of the most seamless and customer friendly experiences I have ever had. I contacted them to install a roof on my previous home which was occupied by a tenant. They went to that home to do the estimate, and then drove to my home to explain the cost and even walked through the material they recommended installing. The price was reasonable, and they had great patience dealing with my Home Owners Association who were extremely slow in approving the roof install. While the job was in progress, the tech contacted me several times throughout the day, keeping me informed all along the way regarding the status of the job. When it was completed, they called again and provided the final update. NuLook is extremely professional, efficient and performed a quality job. I received quotes from two other roofing companies, one took several weeks to get back to me. The other needed me to come to their office in Greenbelt, Md to discuss the quote. "We bought our house brand new 20 years ago. It reached that point in time when the original roof was starting to wear out. Our neighbor had to have her roof inspected and her contractor expressed to her that our roof had sustained some damage from high winds. We arranged to receive an estimate from HCR. Their rep, Casey Becraft, inspected our roof and noted that light was shining through the eave into the attic. He was able to schedule our replacement before the end of November. This was a relief to us, because we were concerned about the arrival of winter weather. HCR roof replacements are superior to builder grade roof installations. They install leak barriers, aluminum drip edges (that don't rust), ridge ventilation, and cap shingles on the eaves. The 5 tab shingles they install are much better than the originally installed asphalt shingles. They also replace all rubber pipe collars. All materials were loaded onto the roof the day before work started. The whole process took approximately 8 to 9 hours. And they hauled all of the waste materials away afterward. We are very pleased with work and relieved that this issue has been resolved."

"Rasca kept me informed about everything which I greatly appreciated. Workmanship was great, they were thorough, and cleanup was good too. They repaired cracks in my ceiling that were not part of the estimate, so my entire living room ceiling looks good now. The main problem was flexible HVAC ducts in my 2nd story which would get condensation on them and leak onto the ceiling causing stains. I'd had two handymen come out, and they couldn't do the work. RRSGLLC opened my ceiling, sprayed to kill mold, installed the right kind of flexible duct, made sure everything was dry and closed ceiling back up. They did other jobs for me as well: replaced new spigot in back yard, hung chandelier, replaced receptacles, fixed a squeaky stair, and fixed a toilet. Everything was done well. They do everything. Can't stress enough the excellent communication."

"I requested an estimate from Fairfax Contractors online on 11/3. I received a call to schedule an appt almost immediately. I missed the call, but quickly received a text in addition to a voicemail. I called back and was able to send Glen a picture of the issue I had with my wrought iron fence. He was able to diagnose the problem and gave me an estimate right away. The estimate was $150 less than another company quoted me so, I definitely wanted to move ahead with the job! No surprise, they were booked 2-3 weeks out. I returned the signed contract and let Glen know that if there was any way we could get it done sooner, that would be great. Luckily, they had a job they were working on near my house and they were able to start after just one week of waiting (11/11). They require a deposit (1/3rd of cost) and it was very easy to get that done over the phone with Tony. Once the job was complete, Glen took a video of the fence and sent it to me. I live out of state, so I appreciated him showing me the final product that way. Overall, I had a great experience with Fairfax Contractors. Glen was very responsive on email, text and by phone. I’m having them look at another project and hope to use them again in the future."

"Excellent workmanship. They came in and repaired a disaster created by the original contractor that put the laminate flooring in. They had to take up more than half of the entire floor. Their pricing for the job was very reasonable. They came, looked at what had to be done and provided a quote. The first day they reported on time and completed more than half of the project, however, day two they were two hours late and was not responding to phone calls to confirm their arrival time. Day three they were two hours late, but eventually called and gave an arrival time. Overall, because of the excellent workmanship and cleanup, I would recommend this company to others."
