"Re-sided the entire house. It was a big investment but I did my research and knew what I wanted. Matt the owner was awesome from the beginning. He always got back to me right away, answered my questions, did what I wanted but guided me too. We replaced front & back doors, replaced some old windows, wrapped the porch columns, used shingles and plank siding, painted it all and it is just gorgeous! I'm very happy. My almost 100 year old house looks new, but better than new! They used good paint and here's a tip: get advice from an expert about the color scheme. Miller paint has a colorist who will come to your house and it's essential, if you're not sure about color. Husband and I thought about moving, but the market is just ridiculous. We refinanced, got equity back, and made our old house new. RROC did just an excellent job. I recommend them without hesitation. It's hard to know who to trust, but I'm glad we trusted them. We had some moments of frustration but we made decisions together and the end result is just beautiful."

They had approximately 750 square feet of siding removed and three quarters of the new siding installed the first day. Once the old siding was removed and a problem with the way the old siding was installed, he explained the process to solve the issue thoroughly, made the necessary adjustments to comply with proper installation requirements to support the warranty of the product, and completed the project the next day. "The problem turned out to be much worse than we realized. A pipe in the wall behind the kitchen sink had been leaking. It damaged not only the siding, but had begun to rot the wood in the foundation too. L47 knew did a fantastic job repairing it. They also pointed out and repaired a problem with our facia board trim that would eventually have caused our siding to rot all the way around the house. So very happy we picked them to do our siding repair. And we plan to call them back for all our other projects."
