"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"I contacted Total Animal Control, LLC because I knew a squirrel was in the attic. Tech thoroughly checked the attic to evaluate situation and confirmed the presence of a squirrel. A trap was set the same day. Tech came out the next day to check the trap and the squirrel was in it. Thankful for Total Animal Control for transparency and not giving me a laundry list of items I needed to do. I recommend and would use them again."

"We had a roofing company come and patch the hole. The gentleman came though and crawled in the attic and looked to see if the squirrel was there and he saw no evidence. He was very helpful and didnâ t charge us. He also recommended someone to help with our groundhog problem. I will call him again if I ever need him."

"Honest, friendly, courteous, quick responding, and an all around pleasure to do business with. From the first phone call to the final payment, Chad was upfront about the entire process. He never once tried to sell me on more than I needed. One might say he even attempted to discourage me from spending more knowing what other work I had upcoming. That is the type of integrity and honesty I enjoy from people. GRR s process got rid of the raccoon on the first night and then came back when schedule to finish the work. If you are unlucky enough to have an unwanted creature try and move in, I highly recommend Georgia Rodent Removal to get rid of the problem. Also, the process for raccoon removal was a repellent so the animal was unharmed in the process."

"I called the contact number after regular hours and the owner (Jack) still answered. He arranged to have his Tech, Eugene, come out the next day to see if a squirrel that had been trying to chew its way into my attic had managed it. Eugene was actually an hour earlier than promised and Jack contacted me about an hour before that to let me know Eugene was on his way. When Eugene got here, he was polite, professional, and thoroughly checked the roof, soffit all around, and the attic to ensure there were no holes or signs of chewing or occupation. He could easily have told me there was a hole someplace I could not see from the ground, but instead he opted for being ethical and let me know I was in the clear. I will definitely use this company from now on!"

I never get a bite mark on my body, they just itch, and the bite is like a sting. So I itch it until it goes away. They even crawl up the inside of my sleeves, pants. They can bite right through my clothing at times. I have never had any kind of problem like this before, and I have lived in this house for 21 years. I do not open up my windows, just have either the AC on or the Heat. My house is a 2 story, 2025 sq ft, 3 bedrooms upstairs, with 2 bathrooms. Because of my age, and a disability, my children do not want me to go upstairs. So, I just stay on the first floor. I have spent hundreds of $$$$ on chemicals to kill bugs. RAID flying insect, sometimes kills some, but not all, and then I use it on a daily basis, sometimes 4-5 times a day. Spraying even inside of the toilet and sinks, then the whole room. I leave the house sometimes for 2 hrs.
