"I was having a waterproofing system put in my daylight basement, and last minute, the team told me they needed the furnace moved so they could access the wall behind it. I had waited 8 weeks for this project, so I had to find an HVAC company that DAY. I called 20-30 companies, and Eli at Product Air Heating & Cooling was the only person who understood my urgency and made it happen. "Jeff is amazing, transparent, thorough, and polite. Would 100% recommend him without hesitation. We had a different HVAC company out for the same issue. Their technician was here for ~4 hours, had little experience with boilers, and walked away quoting us $800 (in addition to the $150 it costs for the diagnostic) to replace a part he was "fairly certain" was the problem. Since that visit did not fill us with confidence, we looked for other companies and found Jeff and Resolute Plumbing and Heating here on Homeadvisor. Thank goodness we did!!
