"Cris and his team get gold stars! Criss bid/estimate was right in line with others we had received, however since he is in the area, we wanted to support a local business. Alpha Tiles reviews were good so we decided to go with them for our project. Cris delivered in every aspect of the task. We needed the existing carpet in two bedrooms and the living room removed to accommodate the prep and installation new laminate flooring and porcelain tile. Chris and his team came in, removed the carpet and baseboards, prepped the floors, installed the new flooring, reinstalled the baseboards, completed their touch-up and were finished in three days. The job was exquisite, on-budget, everything just as promised. The rooms look great! I would recommend Cris and his team anytime - they absolutely delivered while keeping us informed at every turn - always having time to explain every nuance of the job. We are very pleased."

"Matt was the owner and he came over for the initial quote. He was very kind and thorough with his estimate and answered all of our questions. Chris was the installer he worked very hard and did such a great job. He cleaned up the mess every night and made sure to clean up during the process as well. He did a great job and we are extremely satisfied with the work. Chris finished installing Stackstone as kitchen backsplash and put up luxury vinyl flooring above the cabinets and he put in Stackstone on all of the soffits and then we did one accent wall of the luxury vinyl. The end result is amazing it feels like a cabin!! We will definitely be calling back if we want to add any more stone to our house!"

"In the process of remodeling my house. Used Floors First, LLC to install water proof vinyl plank flooring in a hallway bathroom. I was very impressed with the quality of work; especially making a perfect cut around the toilet flange ring. All this at a fair price. In early next year, I do plan on again using Floors First, LLC to install vinyl plank flooring in a hallway and at least one other room in the house. If youâ re looking for someone to do a quality floor installation job at a fair price, I highly recommend First Floors, LLC."

"I was not home when they completed the work, and my daughter paid them, but was uncomfortable about telling them of items that needed attention. The grouting was substandard and there should have been about 1/3 of a bag left. This would have been plenty for missed areas, but they took the remaining grout with them. Not being happy with the way the job was left, I did the grout repairs and miscellaneous cleanup myself."
