"I had a major back up from the sewer in the basement. Zoom was very helpful and were able to send someone out immediately if I wanted . I called many others who were more money and basically said we can clear it but will not guarantee the work , zoom would . The other company's I called,it would cost me extra to get a camera in the pipes as well as separate to clear it , with Zoom it was one complete price ! I would use them anytime ."

"Mike and his team were amazing. I had a break in and they came to the rescue. They fixed some of the pipes that were damaged and they also replaced my boiler. He is very knowledgeable and he was very thorough when he explained everything to me. If there were other issues that came up that was considered a safety issue and hazard then he would bring it to my attention and explained to me why it should be replaced and how it could be a safety issue so I did appreciate that. In addition he did all of this at an affordable price. In addition he removed my radiator since the bleeder had cracked and didnâ t want to come off when they were trying to test everything so as a result of this, I had my radiator replaced. He also provided me with handymen services such as he helped me install combo fire alarm smoke detectors.
