"Originally I was working with a home warranty company that contracted with a third party to repair a water heater. That was 8/25/2020. Understand I was paying $50.00 a month and a $100 deductible for a claim. Had I continued to wait for their service I still would be without hot water and today is 9/2/2020. I called Shane directly at 6 am EST on 9/1/2020 and he was at my house a little bit after 2 pm that same afternoon. By 4 pm I had running hot water. In short, Shane will have all of my future plumbing needs moving forward.
