"I wanted to write a review for the pre move service and John in particular. He was exceedingly professional in scheduling my move, and provided a competitive quote. I think their pricing is average to slightly below average, but the service is top notch and there are no extra or hidden charges. He is extremely responsive and understanding of unforeseen events. I needed to reschedule my move due to an unforeseen event and even though it was close to the move time, he was so understanding in helping to accommodate . The other 5 star reviews speak to the level of excellence during the move - it is not easy to be able to have so many consistent perfect reviews. I thank this company for providing a critical service during this difficult time."

I also had them take some heavy furniture from a second destination that was up a flight of stairs.
