"The business owner, Chase, was very professional in response to my need for remodeling two bathrooms. We reviewed the work to be performed, signed a contract, and the work began within days. Nick, their employee, accompanied us during our purchase of items we wanted installed in each bathroom. This degree of personal involvement exceeded all my expatiations. The work and professionalism by Nick cannot be duplicated. He addressed the project as if our home was his. All issues Nick discovered during the project were quickly corrected to assure the finished project would meet and truthfully exceed our expatiations. With regard to my requirements, I do not live in Baltimore but needed someone who provided lawn service in the greater Dundalk and Bayview area . I was able to locate Tim's service through HomeAdvisor. We spoke by phone and noted where the property was located that needed service. Time was able to visit the property the following day and sent me a quote. After reviewing the quote, I hired him. We were able to work the details of the business transaction by phone and e-mail. Tim was able to take care of the lawn service within a couple days following the initial call. I was able to visit the property during a trip to Baltimore.
