"The only ding I have is that when we made the appointment we were told they could replace an undermount bathroom sink. As it turns out they don't do that and apparently not many do. They suggested we reach out to granite companies as that is the type of counter we have. Otherwise, the service was great. They serviced out Noritz tankless water heater, replaced a kitchen faucet that we supplied, replaced parts in a toilet that was self flushing, replaced cartridges in two sinks that had slow drips. I would highly recommend this company."

"We needed our septic tank pumped out but couldn't get any other company to return our calls THIS ONE DID ! There were here in less than two hours on Sunday afternoon. The cost went up from the original estimate but that too was acceptable when they showed us what was wrong inside the holding tank and the damage to our lid.
