Email app needs an overhaul. You can't create folders on the app. So you have to log on to a computer to make them. You can't mass delete emails. Instead of individual emails, they're clumped together. Outlook is a much better email app. The interface is more user-friendly and it's better for organizing. If Outlook hadn't gotten greedy and attempted to force me to start paying for it, I would never use Gmail. Google is so far ahead of the game in so many other outlets, but not email.

This app has stopped giving notifications. I have turned on amd off all notifications in the app and in my phone settings. All notifications are on and still get no push notifications. This has started happening the last 2 weeks or so. Please sort this out. Can't copy or click into those links. Also I've tried everything to help with notifications but the only thing that will sort this is an app update. Clearly it's a problem with the app and not with the settings.

The app no longer provides notifications. Despite toggling notifications on/off both in the app and phone settings, I receive no push notifications. This issue began around two weeks ago. I've attempted various solutions, but even an app update, which used to resolve this, no longer works. It seems to be an issue with the app rather than the settings. Please address this matter.
