Bill, also, resealed our chimney and cleaned up the brick work. Worked quickly and our job is now complete. We would highly recommend him!"

"First, I appreciated the person who booked my repair appointment asking me if my fireplace had a remote to see if I might need to replace the batteries. It sounds silly but imagine paying a service fee to discover you just needed a few AAs. Second, the repairman narrowed the problem down to two possibilities. He did the cheapest, quickest fix first and said if he needed to come back again there wouldn t be another service fee. The initial repair did the trick, so I m very happy he tried that first instead of jumping straight to the more expensive repair. Would definitely call again in the future."
