"Wow. Wow wow wow. These guys are knowledgeable, fast, friendly, hardworking, helpful, really everything you’d want in someone working on a potentially very dangerous piece of your house. David, Antonio, and Gustav all came to our house and quickly identified all issues and potential fixes for our 60 year old fireplace. They told us which repairs were essential for safety, and which ones were nice-to-haves. They cleaned our entire system, replaced the crown, and fixed all the things that previous owner had done himself and were just not safe. David, Antonio, and Gustav were always polite, forthcoming, genuine, and professional. I will be hiring them again for anything else that crops up with our fireplace and chimney. Thanks guys!"

"My 1938 home (purchased in August 2022) was in need of serious repair, especially the brick exterior and chimney. Several other contractors gave estimates that seemed either clueless or predatory. Then came Ekraam - the master technician from Powers. He was kind enough to make the drive from up north to West Seattle on a Saturday when the bridge was still out! One look at my house and he said that any repair to the brick would be worthless in a couple of years. Better to remove it and replace it or put on siding instead. As for the chimney, he asked why I needed it since the house had no fireplace. Briefly stated, he could have sold me a job but instead he informed and counselled me on how to solve it. I ran out of time for repairs so the lovely and amazingly organized Connie - my contact at powers - arranged for Ekraam to remove the chimney on very short notice. "We purchased a 3800+ sq. /ft. house in Woodland Hills that had a very nice floor plan, but the house had too many issues because the previous person that lived there, abused and neglected it. The house needed to have a complete remodeling from floors to ceilings. Sadly enough, we had only 2 months before we needed to leave the other house and to move in to the new house. Our main problem was that because of the remodeling that we wanted to do, we didn't want to live in it. Adi and his crew agreed to take the house and work under this challenge to complete the main things such as the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replacing the floors, dining area and windows and they did a perfect job. During the first stage of the remodeling, they replaced the old floor, took out the old shower and tub in the master bathroom and rebuilt a large walk-in shower. They applied ledge stone around the kitchen island, create an access to the backyard from the master bedroom by removing a window and install French doors. - They replaced all the damaged baseboards and casings; - In the kitchen they removed the old style look and added heights and dimensions to the cabinets and building new ones where needed; - They refinished the cabinets throughout the entire house to a more modern cream; - Painted the entire house. Not only that Adi got the work done on time for us, he also did a great job and mainly was able to keep it within budget! I must mention that his estimate was competitive compare to the other contractors that we spoke with. Adi is a truly professional contractor. He's extremely knowledgeable; not only knows how to do the work, but he will also get in there and do it right along with his workers and subs. Everyone had a marvelous attitude and took time to answer our questions and concerns. We are extremely pleased with the results."
