"I'd been having some intermittent heating issues this past week and decided it was finally time to get someone out to help us fix it since its been pretty cold out and we didn't want to wait until it gave up entirely. We submitted the request in the evening and were contacted within minutes and an appointment was scheduled for the following day. The technician (I'm sorry I can't recall his name) can out exactly on time and worked with me for close to an hour to diagnose the problem which turned out to be my thermostat not the furnace (thankfully) and I was able to take care of that myself. They didn't even charge me for the service. The help I got diagnosing the problem and customer service during the process was top notch. I cannot recommend Knight Mechanical enough."

Courteous, professional, and hard working, they arrived on time, worked all day into the evening on a Saturday and returned on Sunday to finish the job. "I spent a great deal of time with the owner on my property trying to find the most ideal cooling system for a split level, flat roof home with forced air heat. Location of the unit and capacity was particularly challenging for a mid-century home. When we were done we had the perfect cooling unit. During our conversation he saved us from certain disaster by noticing that our heat exchanger in the furnace was cracked (I had not done an inspection in quite some time). So, we purchased a new furnace and water heater at the same time. They do annual inspection on the air conditioner and furnace, and even remind us when it is time. The only problem we have had is the furnace manufacturer going out of business. Apple Aire still honors the warranty and works hard to make sure we have parts. And they come in the dead of night in the bitter winter if you need them. There is no one I would recommend more highly and no one I would rather do business with than Apple Aire."

"Jim, his son and his helper Mike did a great job. Very knowledgeable about water boiler systems and took time to explain what he did. He is a perfectionist. Cleaned up afterwards. Very professional. It took a little longer due to our complicated old setup. The new boiler had some new tech which eliminated the need for some parts and he took it off the bill. They also provided space heaters as it was a 2 day job. Great experience. Would definitely hire them again for other HVAC work."
