After 15 years, my washer failed right before my vacation. Here I was with a load of dirty clothes that I planned to take with me. Excellent company. Prep work was top-notch. Renat had solutions for my uneven subfloor and uneven stairs. He even got the laminate in difficult-to-access sections around my built in cabinets. Every section has total precision and care. I can't wait to change out the floors on the rest of my house! I will definitely hire Z&R Design for future projects.
