Their crew arrived promptly each day, equipped with the necessary tools and materials, ensuring that the project stayed on track and within the proposed timeframe. Moreover, at the end of each workday, they meticulously cleaned the work site. This respect for my property and consideration for my day-to-day life was greatly appreciated.

The guys were helpful and john recommended some helpful things no one else pointed out. He also followed up well and checked in.

First of all, they always pick up when I call and second of all they are just a genuine group and made my work easier.

Was quoted $1200 to repair an estimated 10'x10' section of roofing shingles. (The actual area repaired was approximately 3'x3'). Roofing employee arrived at 9:00am, completed repair and left at 9:50am. The area repaired was 3'x3'. Mentioned what the estimator told me what was to be done. Employee was not aware of area dimension for roof to be repaired. He repaired and shingled the area that needed to be repaired. Was charged $618 as down payment on the $1200 job. Considering the fact that only a third of the materials were needed and less time needed for repairs, I contacted the company for a price adjustment. I was told they would only take $200 off for a total of $1,000. I honestly believe the discount should be much larger considering time, and the number of materials used. The other thing I noticed is that the estimate only states roof repair and the amount. Nothing more.

Great, low-pressure experience. Very knowledgeable staff that was able to help resolve all my roofing issues. The project was done in a timely manner. All of my expectations for the project were well exceeded. This is the greatest roofing company in southeast Wisconsin. I cannot recommend this company enough!

The Modern Exterior guys are awesome to work with. I run a Masonry company and work alongside these guys on many projects. All I can say is that they have been the easiest company I've ever worked with and I recommend anyone to hire them for your services. Not to mention the quality of their work is top notch.
