Thankfully, the technician from Global was able to come to my home in Brooklyn and fix the problem. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise that the technician from Global demonstrated. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provided me with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done to fix it. He was also able to answer all of my questions and address any concerns that I had. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service that Global provided. They were able to fix the issue with my range hood in a timely and efficient manner, and the technician who came to my home was both knowledgeable and professional."
