He was upfront and honest from the beginning about things that would need to be completed and cost. Him and his team found an issue with my roof during their work , Brads advice and guidance in the dilemma was so appreciated . My association was called and roof was fixed , his team was able to complete their work. They even went with me to Home Depot to Order the doors and pick out paint. I was so nervous about beginning this project but this company made it so much easier and the finished project is beautiful . I could not be happier . I will use this company again and again !!!!! "I own a multiunit building and in the last year I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had contractors not show up, give a quote and not return, overcharge, not complete the work, complete the work poorly, make excuses, waste time, or refuse to do business on the south side.....it’s been very stressful. So much so that I considered selling the property because it was so difficult to get the help I needed. I decided to keep trying and found HomeAdvisor. They recommended Aco/Daniel. We talked on Thursday evening and he said he could probably do Tuesday. I wanted to cry because I had just hired someone who didn’t complete the work but told my tenants he’d be back Saturday and his was like the 4th guy. So I really wanted someone to show up and get it done. Daniel said he could do Sunday if I really needed. I did. We agreed on a price and he said to let him know. The work looked good. They were going the extra mile. They were professional. They were working hard and focused. They asked if I was happy with each item they completed before moving on. Even my picky tenant was happy with the work. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with these guys and their performance. This is the first time I’ve felt like I could rest because my tenant’s checklists were completed. Some have been waiting since August. The work is great. Their attitudes are great. After approval by my condo building office, he and his man began, and completed the 900 sq ft condo baseboards in ONE Day, touched up the painting, completed hooking up my TV which was installed on the wall, and changed an electrical switch. In two days! I was impressed with his professionalism, efficiency, and quick completion of my project in time for me to put up my Xmas tree.
