"Excellent service and will happily recommend them to anyone needing a new water heater. I was so impressed by them that, in spite of the price being a bit higher than the other companies that came out,I hired them on the spot. Due to the bizarre way my water heater is installed, the job ended up taking about 6 hours longer than we expected and I was pleasantly surprised that Dylan, the service technician, was surprised that I expected to be charged more. He told me that they honor the quoted price whether it takes 2 hours or 2 days. He and Anthony, who was in the office, went out of their way to make what was shaping up to be a disaster (I literally had water pouring out around the front panel) into a pleasant experience. Anthony even helped me get financing set up. Bottom line: if you're looking for professionals who go the extra mile to provide excellent service and who genuinely care about solving your problems, I strongly recommend Tucker Hill."

"I needed a broken faucet replaced in my kitchen, along with new shut off valves under the sink. Frank had to deal with a very rusted/corroded fitting and thoroughly cleaned the under cabinet mess that accrued from the dismantle process. I needed an exterior water softener and water purifier loop removed, requiring replacement of pipe between the water meter and my house and also a cap on the clean out line. Again, Frank did a great job: neat, efficient and on time! Very reasonable and great staff. Thanks."

He was able to replace my water softening system the following day. He provided an itemized list of costs, and there were no surprise costs after he gave the quote. He was friendly, courteous, and likeable. He went above and beyond to provide high quality work and tidied up after himself. This is a one man business, which is a plus, because I know who I am getting, and I know I will receive consistent, quality work. I highly recommend him. "I highly recommend Aquaco, at a previous home I had them install a softener, water heater and RO system. The quality was so good they were the only place I called this second time around for my newly purchased home. The quality of the product and the install was so impressive the first time that I was willing to pay more for the same products the second time, normally I would not do this, but prices have gone up and I knew what I was getting was quality and furthermore the install was high quality. I am a nit picky engineer, quality and install quality are very important to me and these guys do some of the best work I have seen. I highly recommend them."

Unlike some of the other water softener installers, Zach didnâ t charge me a service fee to come out to see my house and test my water. I appreciated that he wasnâ t very pushy on making a sale. He helped me see the benefits and didnâ t leaving with an urgent â get the deal while it lastâ .
