"A representative came out, toured my dirty home with me, and explained their services room by room. I was able to choose which rooms were cleaned. Everything gets cleaned every time. "Neglected to write this sooner. Archway’s owner, and two employees performed flawlessly in July 2020. On a day with a heat index over 100, they arrived on time to work they have an estimate for about a week earlier. On a 1939 gingerbread home in south county, they installed new ceramic pipe in a brick chimney, installed a stainless steel cap, installed new crown sealant around top of chimney and re-flashed the chimney at roofline. Everything performed was exactly as estimated and at the price bid. Despite the heat, they kept working and were completely finished in a little over a half day. Everyone was super courteous and respite of property of my lawn and neighbor’s. Work area was spotless clean after conclusion. I would highly recommend and will rehire for any future chimney repair or cleaning."
