We chose Rod Fraser from Cleckheaton to build our extension. Firstly because he was local and we were impressed with the friendly and informative initial meeting we had with him. He was obviously very experienced and explained the whole process to us. He did exactly what we asked him to do and the finished product is really well built and designed. He was always around to instruct the various trades that came and did work. They were all very professional and we never once felt worried about the way the extension was being built. He arranged everything and kept us informed every step of the way. He is highly skilled and it is very apparent that he enjoys his job. If we had any future questions he is easily contactable. I would highly recommend Rod.

I have found that finding contractors for work who are dependable to be frustratingly difficult. With MyBuilder that experience is simplified by having peoples own experiences against the contractor.
Every time I have hired from the site it has ended with a successful job and good completion.
Would highly recommend it for finding good people for work.
The website is easy to use and allows the tracking of who you have contacted and what the current job status is.

We've used MyBuilder a lot over the last few years and it has been an absolute game changer. Every single tradesman we've hired has been excellent and 9 times out of 10 the small jobs get done within the week. The feedback gives us peace of mind that the tradie can be trusted, and we will only use this from now on for jobs around the home.

Yanis was reliable, kept me informed. Very hard working and excellent at his job. His plaster work was to a very high standard and he made sure I was happy with the finished results before sendind payment invoice. He was very competitive and fair in his pricing which is very important in todays financial times. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. So much so we have now got him to do further work for us.

I recently reached out to My Builder.Com regarding some garden fencing that needed replacing. It is a professional, efficient and effective service. It makes contact with professionals so much easier than any other means I have used previously.The business that got the work was James Ball & Son. James was amazing. He was the first in contact, he came the next day to see me. We discussed the work, and what it said on the box he did. Very professional he replaced the broken fence in mine and my neighbours property to our complete satisfaction. The work is great and all done quickly and efficiently. Even all the debris was removed. I recommend them highly. I recommend MyBuildre.com very highly.

Rip off, absolute thieves. They should let the customers know every time they shortlist a builder that tradesman will have to pay. Every job averages 4 shortlisted builders who each have to pay £20 each even if they don't get the job hanging a door. These scumbags are racking up £80 per job atlesst! Ridiculous

I wanted to leave a review for Alex CT plastering. He actually did some plastering for my sister. And she's told me that his work is spectacular and she was very pleased with what he done. She also mentioned, that he was very polite and tidy. So if your thinking of having any plastering doing in your property, I would definitely recommend Alex CT.

I have never had a bad tradesman when I used my builder for four jobs in my house ranging from an electrician to a plasterer.
All the tradesman are keen to come and view the jobs quickly which is great.Its better than other pick a trade sites.

Call back response from my request was excellent. Adam was quick to call and quote and completed the work on the date specified. Work completed to a high standard. Adam and paddy cleaned area afterwards and all debris was removed… highly recommend this company.

Kushi Electrics
Shower fan/light stopped working. He arrived within a couple of hours. Friendly and experienced. Made some useful suggestions about a replacement and it was fitted by the end of the afternoon. Very reasonable price. Very satisfied.

I chose Jordan Keen and what a good choice, he had really good ideas with the work that I wanted doing
He's so polite and keeps a clean workstation. He is coming to finish the work on my long list.

Have used My Builder - over a Long period of time for a variety of different wortk in and around the house from recent Tree felling ( Top Job ! ) to a new bathrooom shower unit, All work carried out to a high standard by local area busineses, and @ a fair price .

Great website. I’ve posted a few jobs on here - nothing major, but had a large fence built, sheds re-felted etc. The tradesmen have always turned up when they said they would, the price is agreed prior to works commencing, and I’ve always been pleased with the work carried out.

I really like this site, it works well, you get contacted by people who want to do the job, avoids lots of time wasting and is super speedy. I have used them for a few different jobs now, plumbing, roof, electrics. Always great.

My Builder managed to achieve what l’ve been trying to for over six months.
Get a plumber to come and suggest a solution or mend my Gas fire! No one l contacted was interested , or promised to come and didn’t follow through making an appointment!

Mybuilder was simple and easy to use. I wrote a summary of the work I needed help with and posted a few photos of the problem. I was able to select up to 10 contractors to bid all living within a short distance of me. I was relieved of DIY time and stress and was pleasantly pleased when interested contractors responded to undertake my small repair jobs at reasonable cost and at short notice. A win win situation. Happy to recommend and would definitely use again.

A quick and easy way to find a local tradesman/woman.
Instead of making lots of phone calls to find out who might be both interested in the work AND available at short notice I used myBuilder.
I posted my job, got a reply & someone booked in within 1/2 hour! Plus, he was a great tradesman that I'll be using again.

Great way to find qualified tradesmen!!
Was let down by original plumber so went on website & within minutes was contacted.
SK Property Services came out same day & gave quote etc.
They then came to do the work which was excellent, on time,great job done clean & tidy.
Would definitely recommend!!!
