My phone interviews and initial survey of our house and property were excellent, Solomon and Maura were superb in discussing all of our questions / sites / how bugs and spiders â operateâ - what we thought was a kissing bug scenario was not ... and why .... "While getting estimates for a roof replacement one of the estimators noticed bees entering the eaves of our home. I got a few different estimates, and while the estimate I got from Rigo was not the lowest, there was one thing that really stood out for me. Eddie came out promptly and carefully inspected my property. He spent substantially more time looking over the area involved and all around an inside my home than any other companies I contacted. We set an appointment for the next morning to exterminate the bees. Eddie thoroughly explained the process before and after the job was completed, He also came by to the next day to be sure there was no more activity. I felt that Eddie was genuinely concerned about our safety and went the extra mile to be sure the bees were gone and no more bees would enter our home . Service was prompt and thorough."

"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"Lady Liberty Pest Control is incredible and I would highly recommend them. When we were scheduling, John listened carefully to our concerns and explained very thoroughly what treatments would be done. The Technician arrived at the scheduled time. We had a huge hive of Africanized bees that had to be dealt with before any other pest control procedures could be performed. The Tech, Noah, wore a bee suit, but the bees were able to penetrate it and he was stung several times. Despite being stung, Noah valiantly continued to spray the hive and planned to return the next day to spray the hive again and complete the other areas of the home. But because of the multiple stings, Noah was unable to return the next day, so Lady Liberty sent another Tech, John, who had to come from over 100 miles away. After the work was completed, John follow up with us to make sure the bees were eradicated and we were satisfied with the service. We have now signed up for regular pest control services with Lady Liberty and will use them for all our pest control needs. The customer service is outstanding and the cost is very reasonable."
