"They contacted me on the same day I wrote request for quote. An appointment was made for the very next day for the estimate which I thought about till 9 PM. I called Edwin at that time and accepted their recommendations and VERY reasonable price. He called me the next morning and said they could be here that afternoon. "My ex-girlfriend and I own a home in San Rafael. When we decided to break up, we decided to keep the house instead of selling it and we rented it out. However, there were some things that needed to be fixed before new tenants moved in. The faucet in the kitchen and the shower head needed to be replaced because there wasn't much pressure and Rudy told us that it's because of the chlorine in the water that clogged it. Also the water wasn't draining well in the bathtub after shower and we knew that the most likely cause was the accumulation of hair overtime. What we didn't know was that you actually clean it from the bottom part of the faucet where the water comes not where the waste water drains, needed to be removed and cleaned, and oh boy there was so much hair. Rudy made it look so easy. He's a super nice person, able to fix almost anything, and his prices are very reasonable."

"Francisco and his crew removed 4 ponderosa pines that were at least 40' tall and close together right next to 2 homes, a driveway, sidewalk, and mailboz. It took them 1 1/2 days to complete the job, and when they left after the half day, the area where they had been working was free of timber and our drive was clean. They were constantly cutting off sections of the trees, running the trunks/branches through the chipper, and keeping the area clean. When they ground the stumps, there was not the huge berm of chips and dirt that we were left with after another tree service had previously removed a tree (who, by the way, was going to charge us $2100 more for this job than what L & T charged us). They vaccumed up chips and raked the dirt to a nice, level place for grass to grow. They even cleaned up in our neighbor's yard! This crew was so professional - we wish we had known about them years ago. We will definitely be using them for future tree trimming needs. Thanks, Francisco and crew!!"

"They do great work. Also they went above and beyond when one of their guys accidentally disconnected my ac power line with his weed eater. They called over an electrician and had it reconnected in under 30 minutes. Most companies would have just ignored it but not these guys. I would recommend their service to anyone needing lawn care. "Three men worked from about 10 to after 6 pm. They were cooperative, efficient and cleaned the yard well after pruning. They pruned 6 large Oaks and removed a very large Willow Tree, including the stump. They brought all the proper equipment, including a shredder and they all had a great attitude and did excellent work."
