What I learned is that there are many different units, many different prices, but what Worlock offered with the TRANE units was exceptional. I accepted their bid, and ordered the work done. I had to have two furnace/air conditioning units replaced, along with a hot water heater that were 17 years old. "Iâ  ve had two AC units replaced this year by Emergency Air; one on my back building, and one on my home. They respond immediately to phone calls, and are courteous and friendly. They actually come when they say they will, and it isnâ  t in two or three weeks like other companies Iâ  ve called! Both jobs were done quickly and professionally. I especially want to mention my technician, Jonathon Palermo. This man knows what heâ  s doing! When the second unit was installed on my home, a new thermostat was included. "Hired Handy Andy's to install a new packaged heat pump on my roof and a new water heater. From the drawing up of the contract to the final installation every detail was done professionally. He recommended a Bosch inverter heat pump among his offerings and I'm glad he did. Andy himself performed the work and he is a true expert. His attention to detail and wanting to do the right thing is evident in his work. I wanted a quiet unit on the roof so he offered to install padding underneath the Bosch unit and a ductwork flex connector to eliminate any possible vibrations and noise in the house. He cleaned up after himself and made sure I was 100 per cent happy before he left. It is unbelievable how quiet my new heat pump is vs the Trane he replaced. Same with the water heater. Another perfect installation and cleanup. If you want a no nonsense job done correctly with no shortcuts Andy is your guy."

I highly recommend EC Mechanical. The gentlemen I worked with directly was Eduardo. He knows his stuff! He was so passionate about explaining every detail. This guys literally redesigned the duct system and modified everything so the AC worked as little as possible and maintain the home cooler. They also did all the drywall repair, texture and insulation. Very clean and very professional. The only thing they did not do is painting, but that was discussed before contract.
