Birth & Death Certificates
Our Vital Records office collects, processes, corrects and issues copies of birth and death certificates.

Ensures patients have safe access to medicine for a number of qualifying health conditions, and licenses non-profit producers and dispensaries in the state.

The New Mexico Department of Health unveiled the "Comprehensive Report on Gunshot Victims Presenting at Hospitals in New Mexico." Spanning from 1999 to 2023, this report illustrates the concerning rise in firearm-related violent deaths and injuries in the state.
