All work was completed in about a month. A project manager was assigned & stayed in contact throughout the project, ensuring all questions were timely answered & that project timetable was met. "We hired VIP to close the pool which was unbalanced and to change the sand in the filter. They advised us our plugs were the wrong size and our filter lower valve was defective so they replaced the plugs and repaired the valve. Not only was their quote for the original work the most reasonable but the charge for the additional work was miniscule. The workers were professional and even included a plumber who came to cut the pipes to the filter so the sand could be changed! We are definitely using them to open the pool next year!"
