"I noticed a woodpecker making a hole high up on the side of my house and contacted several contractors about fixing it. I told them it would require a 32’ ladder and only two were interested in the work. Ronaldo from Everlast came out the next day and gave me a reasonable estimate ($350) to replace the siding and flashing, caulk, and paint the area. His crew came the next morning and both the gentlemen were polite and very good workers. While there we discovered some siding that had started deteriorating over the years and they took photos of the area, Ronaldo gave me a bid on it, and they came out promptly on the following day (a Saturday) and repaired that area as well. I would definitely recommend Everlast: they respond quickly, know what to do, and work very hard to get the job done quickly and correctly. I will call them again if I need something else repaired! Our Comfort Homes deck is a masterpiece. It spans two sides of our home with uniquely designed and constructed privacy gates. The Comfort Home crew was a delight to work with. They arrived each day on time and worked hard throughout the sweltering heat this summer. At the end of each day, they cleaned up, then let me know when they were leaving and what task would be accomplished next. Communication was key. I was kept informed at every level; who and when subcontractors were coming to my home, their assigned tasks, when supplies would be delivered and product delays. On the rare days they did not come to work on the deck, I was always informed in advance and why. Storms and product availability impacted the work schedule. As much as Comfort Homes has earned a stellar review for the work they did on our deck, I am hesitant to post the company review for fear they may become even more in demand and too busy to squeeze us in for future projects."
