"We recently had Ybarra Professional Builders do some remodeling in our home. We had a new tiled shower put in our master bathroom. We had new quartz countertops and appliances installed in the kitchen. We had the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen refinished. And we had the whole house painted on the inside. Mike Haim was our project manager and we appreciated his excellent service and vision. Oswaldo and Ray were our expert workmen and they did the whole project. It was great only having two people come in and out to do the work. The company has all their own workmen and so you donâ t have someone new for each job. We canâ t say enough good things about the work that was done and the people who did it. We wouldnâ t think of calling someone else, if we want something done again. Thanks Mike, Oswaldo and Ray! Ray and his brilliant team made this project simple and non painful. I worked with many contractors and this was my best experience. "We purchased a 3800+ sq. /ft. house in Woodland Hills that had a very nice floor plan, but the house had too many issues because the previous person that lived there, abused and neglected it. The house needed to have a complete remodeling from floors to ceilings. Sadly enough, we had only 2 months before we needed to leave the other house and to move in to the new house. Our main problem was that because of the remodeling that we wanted to do, we didn't want to live in it. Adi and his crew agreed to take the house and work under this challenge to complete the main things such as the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replacing the floors, dining area and windows and they did a perfect job. During the first stage of the remodeling, they replaced the old floor, took out the old shower and tub in the master bathroom and rebuilt a large walk-in shower. They applied ledge stone around the kitchen island, create an access to the backyard from the master bedroom by removing a window and install French doors. - They replaced all the damaged baseboards and casings; - In the kitchen they removed the old style look and added heights and dimensions to the cabinets and building new ones where needed; - They refinished the cabinets throughout the entire house to a more modern cream; - Painted the entire house. Not only that Adi got the work done on time for us, he also did a great job and mainly was able to keep it within budget! I must mention that his estimate was competitive compare to the other contractors that we spoke with. Adi is a truly professional contractor. He's extremely knowledgeable; not only knows how to do the work, but he will also get in there and do it right along with his workers and subs. Everyone had a marvelous attitude and took time to answer our questions and concerns. We are extremely pleased with the results."

"I had a 30 plus Y.O. kidney shaped pool that was showing wear and tear, but the patio surround was in the poorest shape w/cracks, sinking and make shift sections of concrete replacements sadly needed. NW Pools performed a rock star job on breaking apart the old patio, reforming the current pool putting in a wading area for grand children all with their awesome natural stone looking overlay and new patio. Their commitment to my satisfaction and their ideas of what look to have were awesome. They were timely, honest and like family. They came in on budget and I believe I was fortunate to have had them do my job. I couldn't imagine I would have gotten a better price or better workmanship. Their attention to detail was amazing and kept the rest of my home and yard from disruptions in the course of their working. I was so impressed I did what I could to help and stay out of their way as they worked so hard. The least I could do was buy them lunch and provide water for what few breaks if any they took. They were driven and professional to the core. The pool and patio was just stained yesterday and is a few days they will come back to put the sealer on it all. After that the pool plaster in the bottom will be done with the new 5 color pool light installed. I have gotten so many compliments from friends, family and neighbors you would be amazed. This will be a big treat for us and for our new little grand babies to enjoy at Grandparents home. Owner of NW Pools said the kids may think that fish will be coming out of the rocks any minute as they swim underwater:) I also had Casey add some exterior patio formed boulders into the hillside to keep the beauty bark and dirt from migrating to the patio, good idea Casey. He also made a step up to a dive jump into pool rock and few symmetrical stones on the patio to conceal some electrical outlets conduits rising from the patio and sitting stones for Moms to watch their children from along the pools edge. We would highly recommend Casey and his family crew to our friends for any jobs."
