They came in below competitors prices as well. Additionally, the Team worked on my townhome that we were renting. They did Mold Remediation, ceiling repair and replacing of all of the carpet. "Exterior Max did a phenomenal job with our projects. We literally had 16 window installation companies come out and do the â dog & ponyâ window demonstration, but for whatever reason we had not landed on a specific company. On the day we met with Adam Shaikh, from Exterior Max, we had two earlier consultations. It was rainy and late in the evening, Adam called prior to arriving and we were considering canceling. One of the prior companiesâ offer sounded competitive for the window portion of our project, and after so many window companies demo we had considered just revisit the sliding glass doors at another point. Adam persuaded us to keep the appointment. He said give me a chance I'll make it worth your while. He was right, his catalog was more robust, his product knowledge was immense, and he fully understood exactly the vision that we had for our renovation plans. COVID impacted most industries across the board and most of the vendor weâ d met with gave us an extended installation window of 4month, not Exterior Max there timetable was steady at 4-6 weeks. I am beyond elated with the service, products and pricing that Exterior Max offers. On our initial project we replaced 30 Casement windows and three sliding glass doors. They did such an amazing job we used them immediately for our roof and gutter replacement project. Looking forward to doing our siding with Exterior Max in the very near future."

"My overall experience with Pronto was excellent and I would recommend them to others who are in need of repairs around the house. Colby Duncan & the Handyman who did the work (apologies - I can’t remember his name) were prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. I needed work done to the exterior of my house to close a gap between the siding and foundation - here’s the summary: Pros - Booking appointments was easy and they had sufficient availability to fit my schedule. I received an email upon my inquiry as well as a phone call to schedule the estimate. Once the estimate was done, I received an email with the details as well as a call to schedule the work. What I appreciated most was the text message communications I received after the phone call (I was in meetings and couldn’t answer but was able to schedule the work with Colby via texts). Lastly, they have a user-friendly online portal that allows you to manage your account and pay for the work. - They called in advance to let me know when the Handyman would be arriving for both the estimate and the work appointments. Additionally, they called me the day before my scheduled appointment to ask if they could do the work that afternoon since the Handyman was in my area - I appreciated that they were proactive with getting the work done. - The Handyman was very nice and did quality work in a reasonable amount of time. Overall cost for materials/labor was competitively priced. Cons - My only minor issue was having to explain to the Handyman what needed to be done. I’m assuming this happened because my appointment was rescheduled to an earlier day and there wasn’t adequate time to review the estimate but it wasn’t a hassle as the Handyman was a sharp guy - it just surprised me because Pronto appears to be operating like a well-oiled machine. Either way, it wouldn’t deter me from calling these guys again in the future. Thank you, Colby and Handyman (again, I’m sorry I don’t have your name)!"

"They came out and when they realized some areas had rotted and needed replacing adding it to their necessary job completion, plus their actual Siding work was excellent and whenever something unusual came up they involved my input to make certain we were satisfied with their solution to expand the original project description.Their price quote was very reasonable and I even mentioned if they found something required more attention and additional repair to ask even if it might cost more than original project scope.
