"My overall experience with Pronto was excellent and I would recommend them to others who are in need of repairs around the house. Colby Duncan & the Handyman who did the work (apologies - I can’t remember his name) were prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. I needed work done to the exterior of my house to close a gap between the siding and foundation - here’s the summary: Pros - Booking appointments was easy and they had sufficient availability to fit my schedule. I received an email upon my inquiry as well as a phone call to schedule the estimate. Once the estimate was done, I received an email with the details as well as a call to schedule the work. What I appreciated most was the text message communications I received after the phone call (I was in meetings and couldn’t answer but was able to schedule the work with Colby via texts). Lastly, they have a user-friendly online portal that allows you to manage your account and pay for the work. - They called in advance to let me know when the Handyman would be arriving for both the estimate and the work appointments. Additionally, they called me the day before my scheduled appointment to ask if they could do the work that afternoon since the Handyman was in my area - I appreciated that they were proactive with getting the work done. - The Handyman was very nice and did quality work in a reasonable amount of time. Overall cost for materials/labor was competitively priced. Cons - My only minor issue was having to explain to the Handyman what needed to be done. I’m assuming this happened because my appointment was rescheduled to an earlier day and there wasn’t adequate time to review the estimate but it wasn’t a hassle as the Handyman was a sharp guy - it just surprised me because Pronto appears to be operating like a well-oiled machine. Either way, it wouldn’t deter me from calling these guys again in the future. Thank you, Colby and Handyman (again, I’m sorry I don’t have your name)!"

"I got a call about 45 minutes in advance following up on the specific time the tech would be arriving. The tech arrived at the exact time stated. The tech was courteous and thorough. Our vinyl siding looks like new!"

"Don't even bother getting estimates with anyone else. This is the second time I have hired B &R and I would give them 10 stars if I could. (The first time for my roof - one of these 99 five star reviews here is mine for my roof). But this time was for a bigger project which was to replace the siding on my 80 year old house and install new gutters. When my old siding came off the wood behind it was so rotten, that B&R practically had to rebuild my house. I suspected that some of the wood might be bad, but when I saw how bad it was, I went into a total panic spiral. I would have gone completely mental if I had anyone but B&R working on my house. There were about 12 men working on my house and they were incredibly skilled- total artisans. They didn't cut any corners. The quality of their work just blew me away. They replaced all the rotten wood and even wood that to me didn't appear rotten. I think that maybe another company would have just nailed siding over some of that because who would know? My house - well - it is totally sealed up tight now. And it looks beautiful. It's not the new siding that makes my house look so good now - but the craftmanship of the work. With the new fascia and trim everything just pops. I went from having the worst house on the block to the nicest. Before the work on my house was even completed my neighbor across the street hired them to do her siding. One thing unique to where I live - which is right next to 495. B & R installed foam board insulation under my siding and not only is my house noticeably warmer now, I can not hear the highway at all!! It's mind blowing. And it is also nice not to hear my furnace cycling on and off all the time either. I'd like to add that everyone thought I was crazy to do this project because I own a 24 year old car that breaks down all the time and my family and friends all felt I should replace my car instead. But I never trusted the roof and gutters and siding on my house before and now I do. It's much better to have a reliable house then a reliable car. I feel very secure here now and that is a good feeling. And I know I would not feel this way if I had used anyone else but Byron and his incredible, incredible team."
