A cold low pressure system continues to send a series of cold fronts through the Northwest and into California with rain and higher elevation snow. A stationary front in Florida combined with ample moisture will produce areas of heavy rain that could cause flooding. An upper level system will produce locally heavy rain in the Ohio Valley.
