"Obviously, everybody knows that price is important. The big issue becomes whether or not the lowest-priced contractor does quality work... I am probably fussier than most about both of these attributes. I went out for multiple beds and listened to the different contractors pitch their companies. All of them did a satisfactory job. The quotations that I received from the different contractors varied from very high to very low. I hesitated to choose Assured Heating and Air conditioning company because they were a small contractor and felt that this could be a deficit. I dealt with the owner directly and felt that he was truthful and honest and conscientious. He delivered on all three of these things very well and was very competitive. I recommend them. If you are going out for competitive quotes make sure you include them. I receive quotes for Bryant, Trane, Lennox, which also included two quotes for Carrier. I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed with their service and price. I should mention here that not only did I have air conditioning installed I also had a new furnace installed for the price of $7995."
