Cancelling your Barkbox subscription

Moving out of the country? Need to cancel your subscription for some other reason? Whether you signed up for a one-month or an annual plan, you can stop your auto-renewal service anytime at Barkbox. If you are subscribed to a 6 or 12-month plan, your service will be stopped at the end of the time commitment you purchased. In order to cancel your auto-renewal plan, simply:

  1. Log in to your BarkBox account online
  2. Click "Edit" next to your dog’s subscription information
  3. Choose "Disable Subscription Auto-Renewal"

Keep in mind that you will be billed early in the month and that canceled subscriptions that have already been processed will go into effect starting the next billing cycle. You can always call the customer care team for help finding the right fit for your dog. So if your pup isn’t liking something, or you have specifications like allergies to consider, always call before you decide to cancel.
