I called Hyper Flow at around 7:30am, and James, their VERY helpful tech, was at our house by about 9:15. He promptly identified the problem (which was a smaller issue than we had feared) and got it resolved very promptly. He did NOT try to upsell us on anything, but we requested that he run a camera through our pipes to see if there was anything further to be concerned about. Fortunately, there was not, and he walked me through the video and showed us that our lines are in pretty good shape. Terrific service. We will definitely use these guys again.

I called Hyper Flow while shopping for quotes to root my main sewer line for preventative maintenance. I also wanted to scope the line with a camera, for peace of mind. The lady I spoke to on the phone (I apologize, I forget her name) was very pleasant and professional. She quickly gave me the rates to expect for the rooting as well as their flat rate for the camera scope. With their competitive prices, I did not hesitate to set up an appointment. Not only were they able to show up the very next day, but my technician, Jon, showed up ten minutes early! He reiterated the same prices quoted to me over the phone, no nickel and diming. Jon was professional, prompt, clean and informative. In these weird times, he had no issues wearing a mask the entire time, which we appreciated. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to watch the live feed of the camera scope, explaining everything he saw along the way. What impressed me is that he scoped the line both before AND after he cleaned out the roots, so we both saw the immediate impact of his work. Very cool! He's also sending me a copy of the video from the scope! Hyper Flow has earned their perfect 5-star rating on Yelp as well as my future business.

This company was used previously. They did a good job. I decided to go with them s second time. They didn't disappoint. They responded promptly to my quote request. I was kept apprised of the young man who would be coming to do the work. When he arrived, he was pleasant. He did a thorough job. He charged me a reasonable fee for the work. I would highly recommend using this company to others.
