"Dan and his apprentice, Alex, were excellent. They were both very nice and professional. They arrived on time. They hooked up the plumbing for a new sink. They installed the faucet. Dan explained to me what was done and how things were hooked up. He answered all questions. They cleaned up afterwards and left the laundry room the way they found it. My interactions with the office personnel at Bumble Bee have also been very excellent. I called this morning and they scheduled Dan for this afternoon. The office staff is also very friendly and professional. I recommend this company and Dan without reservation."

"Everyone I spoke with was responsive and professional. My water heater had split down the back during the night so my main water valve was turned off. They sent someone out in just a few hours and followed up with me from the office to ensure I was receiving timely service (considered an emergency I believe and they worked me into their schedule). I have forgotten names, but the service provided by them, from the owner, installer and office manager, was excellent. Additionally, the installer of my new water heater managed to get the job done in the same day, was cordial and professional in all respects, and did not display the condescension that is sometimes adopted when a workman is dealing with a single woman (those workmen/companies never get my money btw). I am very satisfied, appreciative of the quality and speed with which they resolved my problem, and would highly recommend them to anyone. "I can't say enough about the fantastic job Nafiz did for us. We had a gas leak in our fireplace valve and had to have the gas completely shut off to the house. We had 2 other plumbers out to fix it but both said they couldn't do it. I called Nafiz and he was out that day and knew exactly how to fix the leak. He stayed with us until SW Gas came to check the repair and turn the gas back on. Same visit he also discovered a mold problem we didn't know we had from a leaking toilet I had asked other plumbers to look at and they told me it was fine! "This company, Alltech Solutions, is top notch. I have had over one and a half years of another major company, trying to make their York unit, they sold us work, without very loud vibrations. It was so bad, they couldn't get it fixed. Finally, they agreed to return our money. We had yet another company come out and their unit was also very loud, worse than the other one. I found Alltech on the internet and they had very good ratings, we did get several bids from them and other top rated companies. But when I met with Richard Bierle, Alltech Solutions Director of Sales, I have to admit that not only was he one of the nicest and most professional people I had been dealing with, but he also instilled a trust factor in me that was incredible, after all that we have been through. Richard did a complete inspection of our system and then after consulting with his installation team determined that they absolutely could fix the problems. They were able to get us scheduled very quickly, and the team showed up on time and ready to work. Richard, as well as Victor, Keith (Hoss), and Ross. These young men were all very hard working and had a work ethic that you don't see these days. I would not hesitate to hire this company. They were all very professional, well mannered and knew what they were doing. They replaced a lot of the ductwork that had been installed improperly and had been damaged and got the entire system working more efficiently than it obviously has been since we embarked on this long journey with the other company. We ordered an American Standard HVAC unit (Same as a Trane). DON'T HESITATE TO CALL THIS COMPANY!!! You couldn't get a more knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hard working company. Just to let you know, we are not affiliated in any way with Alltech Solutions, Inc. Just a completely satisfied customer, who has been due some great service."

"We had water hammer problems. The plumber (Kyle) asked me to explain the extent of the problem and then walked thro' the house checking all the faucets for water hammer. He then asked me to demonstrate the extent of the problem when using the dishwasher (which caused the worst problem). I turned on the machine and he looked under the sink and got hold of the water valve and said here is the problem! The valve wasn't fully open, so he opened it and the washer ran without any water hammer. It took all of 15 minutes, and he said there would be no charge. He was very pleasant to deal with and listened to what I had to say and acted accordingly Plus he double checked with a senior plumber in the office to confirm what he thought the problem might be. Very happy with his attitude, demeanor and 100% concentration on solving my problem."
