"My wife and I decided it was time to xeriscape our front yard and we wanted to do it ourselves. The first thing we needed to do is have our beautiful lawn of 45 years removed. It was hard to say goodbye to an old friend but it was time. So, enter Miguel and crew with Summit Landscaping to do this back breaking job. They removed 1,201 sq ft of grass, cleaned up the area, and were finished and on their way in 4 hours. Now we can start transforming our front yard into a beautifully low to no water landscaped area. "Fabulous work. I purchased a home where the previous owners let the lawn go to nothing but dirt and thick weeds. Sod N Things took the existing mess and turned it into a beautiful, useable lawn. I had sod, river rock, trees, and a sprinkler system put it. They were timely to respond to my initial request for a quote, provided a quote within a day or so, and work began almost immediately and was completed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend their services."

"A day before selling my home I had noticed leak with my toilet under my hardwood in a guest toilet. I pulled up the effected wood and contacted Shambach Contrivers to relay the hardwood I already had. I was not present at the home so I trusted them to let themselves in and out with a lockbox. They were very respectful completed the job on time, did good work laying the floor. Trim work could have been a little better but overall they did a great job and really helped me out of a bind. I would use again."
