The gutters were cleaned and flushed and branches overhanging the roof were trimmed to prevent newly falling leaves from clogging the gutters and downspouts and to preserve the integrity of the roof. Missing screens were noted and debris hauled out. Beyond that, the service was scheduled at my convenience, with no disruption to my work schedule. Very professional. Very efficient. And Chris was not only friendly but also attentive to the overall welfare of the property. A great experience. The price was right. I would hire him again in a minute."
