"Technicians had a hard time finding my dryer vent outlet--but they persisted! Turns out it was on the roof, probably hadn't been thoroughly cleaned out EVER. Definitely a fire hazard. Cleaning was quick and thorough, just wish some clean-up after work was completed was included. I had to ask to make sure things were put back as they found them, but everything was satisfactory. I'd definitely use this company again, but don't expect them to clean up dryer lint, you will be doing that."
