"Santiago and his team did an absolutely amazing job. After power washing the deck it was evident that the deck needed more repairs than we initially thought. Santiago replaced the necessary boards (for a fair additional price), reinforced and stabilized the railing. My deck is almost 30 years old and I was concerned the new boards would not blend with the old. His team did a fabulous job of countersinking the old nail heads, sanding all the boards old and new, sanding all the spindles and deck railing so they all looked brand new and the job was done so well I was able to use a transparent stain to show off the beautiful clear cedar deck instead of a semi-translucent stain or paint which would cover the grain of the wood. In 30 years I have had my deck repaired, power washed and stained many times. Santiago and his team are probably the best group I have ever had for the service they provided. They are polite, nice, professional and communicate issues with you. I would highly recommend them for any deck, power washing or staining jobs."

"During the roof install M & N took care to protect the surrounding gardens, kept me informed of the progress and followed the manufactures guide lines for correct installation of GAF products. they hired a sub-conctractor to install new gutters, the gutters themselves were done very well, however the leaf guards installation was very poor. I immediately brought this fact to Dan's attention and within 1/2 hour 6 men came in re-installed all the leaf guards correctly. i would highly recommend M & H"

"After having gotten a quote of over $3000 from another company to fix our leaky skylight and ceiling repair, we got a call from Ralph. He looked at our roof and determined that it was most likely not the skylight leaking into our bathroom but the stovepipe. He went up that day, patched things up, said to keep an eye on the bathroom ceiling (if no more then leaking, then problem solved. if leaking, he would return and look for another source free of charge.)
