"My situation was an emergency. With the high winds in the Canal Winchester area this spring, I experienced several leaks. We also had a long spell of rain recently and I was concerned those rains would return. One company I contacted (which advertises frequently in the neighborhood FACEBOOK pages) came out and provided an estimate but couldn't schedule the work for several weeks! Another company failed to show up to meet with the insurance adjuster though they promised to do so. The 2nd company also promised me a quote by the next day which I never received. ROOFING RECOVERY LLc came out on a Tuesday; provided a quote on the spot; and was installing the roof by Thursday. They began work VERY early in the morning and worked throughout the first day but had to come back a 2nd (I decided to do both the house and a detached 2-car garage). The repair crew was very professional and did a great job! The cleanup of old materials, nails, etc. that result from a total tear down of the old roof was great! The owner was onsite throughout the day to inspect the work and progress. Anyone who experiences a damaged roof that exposes your property to further damage knows how important it is to get quick results from their roofer. "We had a relatively small job, which was repairing siding and shingles that were damaged by squirrels. We contacted several companies that would not provide a bid because the job was "too small". Shields Roofing and Siding gave us a bid, showed up on time for both the initial inspection and to do the work. They also went above and beyond to find matching siding and shingles. The quality of the work was excellent, and they did a great job cleaning up the job site when done. There was a lot of debris (leaves, sticks) left by the squirrels on the roof and they cleaned that up too. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is exceptional."

"Because the roofer that had PREVIOUSLY replaced the roof had not installed a drip edge, water got in behind the Hardie soffit over the garage and eventually rotted a hole in the soffit. It was difficult to find a roofing company who works with Hardie products and was willing to take a "small job". One roofing company suggested trying Home Advisor, and that is how we found Peak Roofing. The original plan was to replace the one rotted Hardie soffit panel, and install a drip edge or apron. When the old soffit was taken down, it became apparent that the fascia board had rot, and that the rot had gone to the boards behind the fascia as well. They replaced the 2x4's behind the fascia, replaced the fascia with PVC fascia, built a box from PVC boards to hold the new (now 2 panels) of Hardie soffit, and installed a drip apron. It was a job with a lot of scope creep and some creative carpentry, but they stayed well into the evening until it was done, and cleaned up the site very well. The finished project looks great, and the whole team was wonderful. We feel that we have found a company that truly has integrity, as well as doing great work, and highly recommend Peak. Thank you John, Oliver, and Travis - you guys were fantastic!"
