"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. It just so happened that a technician from Temperus was coming to check on my hvac system that same week. He discovered that the draining system was clogged in my hvac system and that was what was causing the flooding! The foundation was totally fine. These guys saved me tens of thousands of dollars. "I had two systems to replace. they sent out two crews to work them in parallel. The first thing they did was put down tarps inside the house, even on the stairway. It was a rainy day, but they did not make any mess inside the house. They left the furnace room cleaner then they found it when done. The outdoor units were leveled very nicely. They did a nice job of taking out the old units and putting in the new. They did a great job of taping everything to seal in the air flow. The work crew were all very nice, willing to answer my questions, never made me feel like I was slowing them down. They treated me like a customer that they wanted to keep happy. They have a great guarantees that show they stand behind their work. I believe the price that I got was competitive. Not the lowest,, but close, and they just made me feel more comfortable with the likely hood that they will be around another 20 years t service these systems, and they had the better warrantees and labor deals. One thing they do is to put all the units into pans and attach water sensors which will cut off the units if they overflow for some reason. Since the old units had a couple issues like that, I really liked that extra touch for even the basement one (the attic unit is required to have the pan.) They also have the nice drains which have the cutoff if the drains clog up. They were done in about 6 hours, including cleanup. And wow, are these new carrier units substantially quieter than the old TRANE ones. Since they are close to the master bedroom window, that is important. Wish I had changed them sooner. Wish I could add some pictures."

"I had a list of items that needed to be completed within a set time. Afyer speaking with a few comoanies decided to go with Scott's - the crew works for the company (rather subcontracting everything), the owner was responsive work was done well. Will use them again."

"The tech they sent (Kevin) was honest and was able to find the REAL problem. (Thermostat) The company before "Real" said the whole system was defective and in need of replacement. They wanted for me to lease a system. HA! "Real Refrigeration" was interested in solving the problem quickly and I felt they operated in the best interest of the customer."

"The job consisted of troubleshooting an existing electrical reset problem with a GFCI panel installed for a Hot tub. The electrical work passed all areas of inspection except the reset button on the GFCI not working and 3 strict county inspectors had inspected every aspect of the job but it failed on this 1 issue. The electricity worked going to the SPA but every time the reset or cutoff button was pushed, the circuit GFCI would burn out thus rendering it inoperable. The gentleman from Your Home Service & Repair Company, Inc located the source of the problem (electricity was coming in on the load side rather than the line) in about an hour and quickly fixed it the following appointment while making a safety modification as well for what I considered a reasonable price. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable."

"I would definitely use them again. They were fast, professional and fairly priced. Tommy and Terry were both very professional. I had a pipe leading to an outside faucet which was leaking. I explained the problem to Tommy and he gave me a quote right over the phone. The most convenient time for me was Christmas Eve, since I would be off. Terry came out promptly Christmas Eve morning. He replaced the faucet and the pipe through the outside wall. He sealed the new frost free faucet. He did it all in less than an hour and a half. He was courteous and professional the entire time. I told him that I didn't mind if he left his boots on in the house, but he took them off, when not walking in the unfinished part of the basement anyway."

"My main water supply pipe had burst so I called multiple companies. Faruk was the first to respond and show up on a weekend to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. Things I like about this company: 1. They were extremely responsive to my needs and questions 2. They honored their estimate even though there were a couple of unforeseen obstacles which increased the length of the project and possibly the cost to them 3. They negotiated the estimate lowering it considering my situation 4. They took care of all permits and inspections 5. They cleaned up after the project was done to the best of their abilities 6. They were upfront and honest about the damage to my lawn due to excavations 7. They were very courteous and professional Things they could improve: 1. The project took a little longer than anticipated. A lot of their work was manual which could have been fast tracked with the use of machinary i.e. digging etc. 2. We replaced the entire main pipe assuming that it was defective/polybutelene pipe since it was underground and flooded. We layer found out it was not the case but they proceeded anyway rather than fixing the broken length. While I think it was probably the safest choice it may not have been necessary and they never brought it up later."
