"Replacement of 15 windows. Very pleased with the entire process starting with our sales-rep Todd Stone to the end of the install and the follow up. Our original install crew consisted of several gentlemen - Lincoln L., Dylan K. Laie F., Brian R. and Andrew. K. plus additional people when needed with Lincoln leading the crew. Everything was very quick (total of 8 working days), even though our windows are very large, unusually shaped, located on the second and third floor and the weather at times was quite rough (heavy rain and strong winds). We were very impressed with how quick, professional and clean our team's work was. The gentlemen were always on time, always communicating about what was going on or if any issues arose, always very respectful. The overall energy of the team seemed very collaborative, positive and professional. During the installation it was discovered that new windows were leaking as well, so the team did everything to carefully investigate and find the cause and they found it! There were old unpatched wholes in some places where the water was getting in. They took care of it. Our install team has done an outstanding job from start to end. "Re-sided the entire house. It was a big investment but I did my research and knew what I wanted. Matt the owner was awesome from the beginning. He always got back to me right away, answered my questions, did what I wanted but guided me too. We replaced front & back doors, replaced some old windows, wrapped the porch columns, used shingles and plank siding, painted it all and it is just gorgeous! I'm very happy. My almost 100 year old house looks new, but better than new! They used good paint and here's a tip: get advice from an expert about the color scheme. Miller paint has a colorist who will come to your house and it's essential, if you're not sure about color. Husband and I thought about moving, but the market is just ridiculous. We refinanced, got equity back, and made our old house new. RROC did just an excellent job. I recommend them without hesitation. It's hard to know who to trust, but I'm glad we trusted them. We had some moments of frustration but we made decisions together and the end result is just beautiful."

"This job was to renovate my home in preparation to sell it in early March. It consisted of a kitchen and 3 bathroom upgrade, flooring and lighting fixture replacement, painting and removal of 3 popcorn ceilings. Beginning the second week of January, the entire job was completed within 6 weeks. When first hired, the principal of Palm Construction carefully tuned in to my specific needs and targeted timeframe, offering succinct suggestions respects colors, style and quality of products used. Specialists in each trade worked cohesively with each other, as well as alongside other contractors that I had personally hired separately for windows and pool replaster. Although I had intended to live in the property during the renovation, I quickly realized that my occupancy was impeding progress, so I made the decision to vacate the premises. This was especially important during the removal of popcorn ceilings which contained asbestos. The work moved seamlessly from the removal of kitchen counters, sink, cabinet doors, appliances and flooring to the demolition of 3 bathrooms. Timely mutual decisions were made about fixtures, mirrors, flooring, sinks, vanities, paint and hardware, allowing the job to progress steadily to reach very precise goals. Along the way, it was determined that the air ducts needed replacing and AC would be a welcome addition to the total job. These issues were discussed and explained clearly and quoted at a reasonable cost - so I decided to add the change orders. Although I had never been involved with a home renovation in the past, I was very impressed with the patience and care taken to communicate with me throughout the entire job. I was a demanding customer with an expectation of perfectionism and Palm Construction was up for the challenge. Beyond the scope of the original job, Palm went above and beyond with finishing touches and little extras here and there. They've come back to help me even after completion of the job, when I needed some additional retrofits for my appliance installation, which was not even part of the original job. I know that I can count on Palm Construction to be responsive and willing for anything that may come up in the future. I learned that they are a GC that you can totally trust and rely on. In summary, I am in awe of the completed work. My friends and neighbors are astonished with the transformation of my home. The end product is flawless and most impressive. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
