"What started out as a minor dry rot repair turned into discovery of major termite damage. Jim and his team were throrough, prompt and meticulous in their work. Jim was great at communicating when the work would be done, what it would involve and following up to make sure the work was performed to my standards. I was pleased that they were able to work the additional time into their schedule so that my home wasn't torn up for too long. You can't even tell that they've been there. The team also replaced some deck supports and swapped a soaker tub for a non-functional spa tub. I felt the work was a good value for my money - they were all very professional, respectful and prompt. I'd highly recommend this team."

"I had a great experience with Ybarra Professionals. I hired them to remodel my bathroom and all I can say is WOW! Our home was built in the 50s and you would never know it because they did such a good job modernizing it. The plumbing, the sink, the new vanity and new shower including AMAZING glass door!! "Eric remodeled our bathroom and added a walk-in closet by taking space from an adjacent bedroom, turning that into an office. The bathroom is spectacular and more than I had envisioned. The curb-less shower is a masterpiece and we could not be happier. Eric was the best contractor we have ever worked with and we actually enjoyed having him in the house. He is honest, personable and friendly besides being a superior craftsman. He knows what he is doing, finds ways to make ideas work, and he does not leave your house a mess. "I was referred Western Paver Design by 2 other families in my neighborhood. I got multiple estimates for redoing my backyard and ultimately decided to go with WPD based on how great Joe was during the estimate. I told him what I wanted and he was able to answer all of my questions with great detail. He also provided his input on expertise on what would work best based on our yard. The price was extremely fair based on the final product, the work they did, supplies, and how easy and great the crew was. Darwin led the crew with Marteen and Modesto. I cannot rave enough about how professional and hardworking they were. They came each day and worked incredibly hard transforming our backyard. They were so friendly and a pleasure to work With. Our backyard had sod down that never really took because it was installed poorly and incorrectly by another company. WPD removed it all, raised the backyard to be completely level. They built a retaining wall around the yard, expanded our patio by installing a beautiful and fantastic paver patio (roughly 13x18) and then next to that they added an awesome turf area for our kids. We are incredibly happy with the result! They were so easy to work with, offered a fair and competitive price, and stand by their high quality of work!"

"Grit Builders was great. Matt gave us a lot of information that helped us easily make choices and decisions. His estimate was spot on, as was the time frame given for the job. We went a little over budget, but that was on us. We wanted upgrades for which we were willing to stretch the budget. Matt always kept us informed of dates and times relating to the job. We even got to meet some of the crew before they were scheduled for their part of the job. Matt and his crew were a joy to work with. Matt's kindness, consideration, and sense of humor did a lot to soothe the stress of home renovation."

"Jesus Elias did a very professional job of cleaning my roof. He explained clearly what he was going to do and why. As Rachel P. also mentioned, the only category HomeAdvisor has for roof cleaning is power washing, but Jesus Elias cleans by hand with a brush. He explained why it is better for your roof to use a brush instead of power washing. The final results are great. I am glad I decided to go with Elias Handyman Service instead of the others who were not only more expensive but could not clearly explain what & how they were going to clean the roof. Lastly, Jesus was very prompt and courteous."

"We struggled to find a contractor that was both professional and affordable, but felt very lucky when my husbandâ  s coworker referred us to Oregon Five Star. They had remodeled her bathroom the previous year and she recommended them without hesitation. Now I see why. Communication was easy, with most of my questions answered within an hour. The tiling crew was friendly, professional and did beautiful work. The tile pattern that we picked was complicated and I am so impressed with their attention to detail. Not only does it look beautiful, the shower walls are well built and plumb. We will definitely use them for our next remodeling project!"

"Professional, came prepared for things he was not even aware of before he arrived. Everything was put back together and mess all gone when he left. John came out to my home to help frame in 4 new doors and helped remove the existing ones. We ordered larger doors than the space could fit and he was able to make the necessarily changes to install the new ones. We also had him make a repair to a broken toilet flange we had in our guest bathroom damaged by the previous contractors who attempted guest bathroom renovation. He was able to provide solutions for us when we needed help and now are considering his services for our master bathroom. We continue to call upon his services when needed and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who are looking for handy man services or bathroom renovations. He prioritized our home, time and made us feel taken care of."

"Troy is an artist and craftsman and anyone who is able to hire him for a job will be lucky to have him. I had my garage converted into a Primary bedroom with on suite bathroom and a laundry room. Throughout the build, Troy made sure that each and every details was perfect. He is a great communicator. He handled all of the arrangements and scheduling with his sub contractors who are as wonderfully skilled as he is. In additon, Troy is easy to have around. We lived in the house while this remodel was going on. He and his team were always quiet and respectful and truly a joy to have in my house each and everyday. Plus, he has a great eye for design and knows about all the latest products on the market. I love my space and it would not exist if it weren't form Brolin Build and Remodel.
