Most of which had more tasks they didn't do, than did do, when it came to residential cleaning. It was around this time I learned of a new cleaning business just starting up called ILM Cleaning Company and decided to learn more about them. From the very beginning we were so impressed by these two young ladies. Their enthusiasm and strong work ethic was obvious immediately. They are hard working, dependable and eager to please. It is obvious they take pride in their work and it shows in the end result!! I enjoy our set bi-weekly schedule but when necessary they have no issues accommodating a change. While I have offered numerous times to provide cleaning supplies they come well prepared to conquer any cleaning issue. And as an added plus they are so good to my 3 little dogs that feel it is their duty to greet them on arrival and follow them around as they work. These two young ladies will not disappoint! We feel grateful to have found them and very comfortable having them in our home."

"Upstairs would not cool down with the unit on, called indoor mechanical and Robert and Josh came out within 24 hours. Did a lot of testing and looked everything over and turned out needed and entire new unit. Had a price same day and an appointment set. They were on time, professional, cleaned and made sure everything was running right and even checked to make sure the kids rooms had good air flow to keep them comfortable during these warm spring days in NC. Could not ask for a better outcome to a crappy situation that is going to happen eventually when you own a home. Indoor mechanical will be my go to for anything they offer."

Unfortunately EDM was not on Angi’s yet or I would have chosen him right off the bat based on personality, knowledge, and communication. I’ve been working on my land for 6 months. Ed and his team fixed everything (there was A LOT) in roughly 2/2.5 weeks. They did not cut corners and they did not leave anything half finished. Ed is a straight shooter, if he says he’ll do it he will. If he has advice or suggestions, take it. They are timely and professional. Ed and Corey also handled my P.I.T.A. neighbors much more gracefully than I have. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this company. Hire them or you’ll be kicking yourself.
