Gent (Elite Plumbing) and his team took care of everything they said they would take care of and they also fixed a leak from the ceiling that I didnot know about. Everyone I encountered during the job were helpful and professional. Finally I am in the middle of a divorce and funds were low...they worked out a payment plan with me as this job was a major emergency. Very thankful for their help and services. He came on a Saturday and gave me a totally reasonable quote on decommissioning an old gas boiler, connecting a drain pipe, removing the associated piping in the basement and all the radiators throughout the house due to a Heat Pump conversion. He came back with his team the next day on time and they immediately went to work. They were efficient and did their best to keep the mess to a minimum.
