After checking my panel made suggestions and also noticed my grounding wire was loose. Gave a second estimate and again offered to do ground wire repair while still onsite. Very professional used booties on my carpet and vacuumed the residue from the installation. Very considerate."

"I am on a limited income due to unemployment since Covid hit, and Micheal and Sons in Chesterfield actually lied about the cause of the failure on my outdoor unit. Bear Mechanical was honest and provided the repair required and filled the coolant that this system needed last year as well, since it is over 20 years old and needs to be replaced. I have been living in 85 degree heat in this house for two months due to the inability to sacrifice $1500 of living funds on a falsely reported repair. The actual repair only required 30 minutes of work and they charged a reasonable price for the repair. They contacted me within minutes of my request and were able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning. Unfortunately, the old system was too far gone to be worth fixing, so we arranged to have a new Heat Pump installed.
