He brought things to our attention and proceeded to correct them as they came up. He was extremely courteous, easy to work with, and was invested in making our patio look outstanding. When the heavy rains came the drainage worked perfectly. He went above and beyond working through rain and shine. This company is honest, hard working and very professional. "The work by Rick Hamm crew was well done. I appreciated how methodical and careful they performed the work and the focus on quality installation. The price was on high side but they offer the comfort of a well done job. The craftsmanship was not excellent but most people would consider it excellent. As an architect I expect the craftsmanship that seems lost today and is difficult to find the "true craftsman" that not only does exceedingly excellent work but also knows his tools and materials better than anyone else.
